Mt Bundy Station Terms and Conditions 2021
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your entire party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking.
You agree that should you or your guests breach any of the terms and conditions: You will pay to us the total loss or damage that we suffer as a result of that breach and hereby authorize us to debit your credit card in payment of that loss or damage and we may evict you and your guests without notice.
TRAVEL DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
If government restrictions are placed on domestic travel due to the impact of Covid-19, Mt Bundy Station will provide a free change of date to your booking or provide a voucher for the full value of your booking. All other cancellations will be subject to our normal cancelation policy. (See policy below)
We are a small family-run property and cancellations can affect us hugely.
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to, the reimbursement of any monies paid in the event the travel is canceled; loss or damage to personal baggage, and loss of money and medical expenses.
At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management. The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff. Covid19 restrictions and safety codes apply.
Check- In & Check- Out:
The standard check-in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and the property is to be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure. An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out by 11.00 am. Early arrivals and late check-outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking and can only be confirmed 1 day prior to arrival or departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure an early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
All modifications at any time to confirmed bookings incur a $25 fee. If you cancel between 3-1 month prior to your arrival date a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date a 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date 100% of the booking total will be incurred.
No cancellations or modifications are accepted on the day of arrival or after check-in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations or modifications. Email: info@mtbundy.com.au
Functions and Events Cancellation policy:
All large functions and events are confirmed only with a $1000 non-refundable deposit. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations or modifications. Email: info@mtbundy.com.au
Payment Terms:
Mt Bundy Station accepts Visa, MasterCard and Electronic Transfers (EFT). We do not accept Diners Club or American Express cards. If paying by EFT please arrange for the funds to be transferred 7 days prior to arrival. A valid credit card is required for security at check-in.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, Mt Bundy Station reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Bookings and Quotes:
Bookings can be made over the internet at www.mtbundy.com.au, info@mtbundy.com.au or by calling on 0447 738 006. Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of booking. You agree to pay the rate for each night of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you have departed the accommodation. The accommodation may be occupied by you only for the period stated on the booking confirmation. Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable. Minimum length of stay restrictions applies to certain rates during special event periods. 15% Surcharges apply to public holidays.
Children Policy:
Children are charged at adult rates, unless under 2 years old. Our minimum check-in age for accommodation is 18 years of age.
Behaviour and noise policy:
Please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10:00 pm. A charge of $200 will apply if management deems it necessary to ask guests to cease unreasonable noise after 10:00 pm. We reserve the right to request people who are causing any disturbance day or night to leave. No refunds are applicable.
Additional Charges:
Management reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security at check-in.
Smoking inside any property is strictly prohibited. All rooms are non-smoking. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property you will be charged an additional $500 for a specialized clean to eliminate odors. Please ensure doors and windows are closed if smoking on decks or in nearby courtyards.
Breakages, Damage and cleaning:
Extra cleaning and linen change can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge, at a cost to you. Please contact management for further details. On departure, your accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy state. Extra cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and will be deducted from your deposit or credit card.
Damages or breakages of furniture or furnishings must be reported to Management immediately. Breakages or damages to the property and all communal or external areas that are caused by any guest and/or a guest’s visitor will be charged and recouped in full of the guest’s credit card. Excess cleaning required on departure or replacement of items removed from the accommodation will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. There will be a charge incurred if the furniture is not returned to its original location.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted inside any of the accommodations. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and deducted from your credit card or deposit. Pets are considered if kept outside and with management’s acceptance only. Strict conditions apply and are entirely at the pet owner’s risk. Mt Bundy accepts no liability for injury, loss or death of your pet.
Early Departure:
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Accessibility or special needs:
Mt Bundy Station does not provide wheelchair access to any accommodation, due to stair access to all accommodation.
Use of personal information:
We will collect personal information about you directly from you when you contact us, either by telephone or email. The type of personal information collected by us will include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card details when booking. This information is used for booking purposes only. If you choose to send email messages to us that contain confidential, private or personal information, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Force Majeure:
Mt Bundy Station will not be in breach of this agreement, or in any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason or act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, flood, cyclone, road closures, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type; closed or congested airports or ports, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Mt Bundy Station.
Licenced Bar:
Mt Bundy Station has a bar and licenced serving area. BYO alcohol is strictly not permitted within the licenced area. No open alcohol can be taken out of the licenced area. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will not be served. Proof of age must be supplied when buying alcohol. Takeaway available to guests only.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
